2. Tomato Juice
Drink a glass of fresh tomato juice once a day. This will help you to get rid of the problem of excessive sweating.
3. Herbal Tea
Sage tea is a fantastic remedy to cure excessive sweating. Boil some sage herbs in a pot of water and then let them cool. Drink this tea every day. Sage is very rich in magnesium and Vitamin B. This remedy is especially good for stopping excessive sweating in your underarms. You can use green tea also if you can not find sage herbs easily.
This is one of the easiest remedies that you can use to get rid of too much sweating. Just cut slices of potato and rub them under your arms and in the areas where you sweat the most.
5. Witch Hazel
This herb is an excellent astringent and anti-perspirant. It will gently dry up all of your sweating areas.
To get rid of excessive underarm sweating, rub a mix of cornstarch and baking soda under your arms. Let it sit for about half an hour and then wash it off.
7. Wheatgrass Juice
One glass of wheatgrass juice a day is a very effective remedy for treating the problem of excessive sweating. It will neutralize the acids in your body. Wheatgrass juice is also an extremely rich source of vitamin B6, protein, vitamin C, folic acid, and vitamin B12.
8. Tannic Acid
Tea is the best source of tannic acid. Steep some tea bags in boiling water. When the water cools, put your palms in it. This is a good remedy if you have a lot of perspiration in your palms.
9. Coconut Oil
Mix about 10gms of camphor in a bowl of coconut oil. Then apply it to the sweat prone areas in order to treat the trouble naturally.
10. Tea Tree Oil
Thin layers of tea tree oil can be rubbed on high perspiring areas. Tea tree oil has many natural astringents. You will get the desired results within a few days.
Eating grapes every day will help to eliminate the problem of extreme sweating. Grapes have natural anti-oxidants which will balance the temperature of your body.
Stir a tablespoon of salt in some lime juice. Then massage your hands with this mixture. The salt will slow down the activities of sweat glands.
